My Origin

In 2024, life invited me into a profound transformation.
For years, I had followed the script of success — a six-figure career, recognition, the markers of a life well built. Yet beneath the surface, something vital was missing. The noise of achievement had drowned out the quiet voice of truth. When everything I had constructed began to crumble, I met the deepest breaking point of my life — one that opened the way to awakening.

From that moment of surrender, a new path emerged. Breath by breath, I began to listen again — to the wisdom of silence, the language of the body, and the rhythm of life itself.

My Process

True healing didn’t come from doing more. It came from being — from slowing down, listening deeply, and allowing life to move through me rather than trying to control it.

Through meditation, sound healing, Ayurvedic living, and intuitive touch, I discovered that wellness is not about perfection — it’s about remembrance. Each practice became a doorway back to wholeness, a return to what is simple, essential, and true.

Today, my work is an expression of that journey. Every retreat, every conversation, every shared silence is designed as an invitation — to pause, to breathe, and to come home to yourself.

My Inspirations

I draw inspiration from the quiet teachers — the breath, the body, the elements, the stillness between sounds.
Ayurveda taught me the art of balance. Yoga revealed the sacred in movement. Silence revealed the truth beyond words. And every soul I meet continues to remind me: healing is not a destination; it is a rhythm we learn to trust again.
